Now perhaps the brief spit of audio in the below video, seen over at the gothamist after the this brief lead in, is given context by officer Adil Polanco, a Police officer from One Police Plaza in New York City, who boldly asserts his refusal to disturb and collect when he swore to serve and protect, after accusing his higher ups of forcing quotas on the citizens along their patrol; in an effort to bolster revenue from miscellaneous fines and court costs, public defender fees, as well as a litany of other probable and nefarious calumnies.

Officer Adil Polanco reminds us of the importance of internal affairs, as well as officers who are both brave and noble enough to stand up to injustice, as opposed to wielding justice like a club. As the video states, officer Polanco has been suspended; we here at the Roving House felt that awkward moment of Pause which the News Anchors shared at the tail end of that video when one asks the other if he thinks officer Palanco fears further repercussions; as, while noble, sure, are some, a beast they can become, when poked through the hive from the inside.
Who of us has not been targeted, seemingly blind, though perhaps,… from wherever cubicle you stare in your clean starched white collar alien from potential profile, those teens may have seemed the common thug, what cop wouldn’t have thought they had a few grams of whatever,…..While Little Wayne, sure, probably high on whatever, ‘all the time’, awaits sentencing for ‘attempted possession’ of a firearm, and while no one outside of the people on the bus knows what really happened, you have to question the right for anyone to walk into your home when not welcomed.
If they wanna get you you’re got, I guess is the lesson were taught when you boil off the rest of the pot.
